The Made in Japan Paul Smith Telecaster® is a limited-edition collaboration between Fender and iconic British design house Paul Smith, celebrating two significant milestones: Sir Paul Smith's 80th birthday and Fender's 80th anniversary. United by a shared belief in originality, craftsmanship, and individual expression, the two iconic brands have come together to create a truly distinctive instrument.

Featuring Paul Smith's iconic Signature Stripe extending across both the front and back of the Telecaster® body, this limited-edition guitar brings together Paul Smith's distinctive approach to color and design with one of Fender's most recognizable silhouettes.

The gloss-finished alder body is complemented by a 4-ply red tortoiseshell pickguard and chrome hardware, allowing the vibrant Signature Stripe design to take center stage. The maple neck features a comfortable Modern "C" profile, paired with a 9.5"-radius rosewood fingerboard and Narrow Tall frets for a smooth and expressive playing experience. Specially modified neck and bridge pickups developed for this collaboration deliver classic Telecaster® character and tone. Each guitar features a custom neck plate engraved with the Paul Smith logo and an individual number, highlighting its limited-edition status. The instrument also comes with a specially designed hard case featuring Paul Smith's Signature Stripe and a Fender logo badge, along with a certificate of authenticity.
